Does this work behind corporate firewalls?
Yes. FINO Scheduler is a regular website, like opening any webpage. There is nothing to download or install. If you can open Google, you can open the scheduler. No special software, no VPN, no IT approval needed.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Nobody needs an account. The organizer fills in a form, shares a link, and respondents click the link to pick their availability. That's it.
What personal information does it collect?
Only your name and email, so the organizer knows who responded and can send you a confirmation. There are no passwords, no profiles, and no tracking across websites.
Is my data secure?
Yes. The site uses HTTPS encryption (the lock icon in your browser), the same security standard used by banks. Your data is stored on Supabase, a professional cloud platform with enterprise-grade security. We only store names, emails, and time slot selections. No sensitive documents or financial information.
Can other respondents see my information?
No. Only the organizer can see who responded and what times they picked, through a separate private link. Respondents cannot see each other's answers.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It works on any device with a web browser: iPhone, Android, tablet, laptop, or desktop. There is no app to download.
Does it connect to my calendar?
It doesn't need to. You simply look at the available dates, select the ones that work for you, and submit. Once the organizer confirms a final date, you'll receive an email with the option to add it to your calendar.
What if I need to change my answer?
Just open the same link again and resubmit. Your previous response will be updated automatically.
What happens after everyone responds?
The organizer opens their private admin link, sees a colour-coded summary of everyone's availability, and picks the best date. Everyone who responded gets a confirmation email with the final date and time.
Is this like Doodle?
